Some couples date for years before they realize they have found the person they want to marry, but Sarah Hart and Jeremy Pearsons knew they were
meant for each other before they even made eye contact. Sarah says that Jeremy always tells people that their story will make you believe in God.
Sarah, from Branson, first laid eyes on Jeremy, from Fort Worth, Texas, at a convention in his hometown in October 2006. She was supposed to be
attending an adult service but was dragged into a youth meeting where Jeremy happened to be ministering.
“I just knew when I saw him that that’s my husband,” Sarah says. But she did not mention her strong feelings to anyone. A few months later, Sarah saw
Jeremy on the television doing a weeklong ministry. As she watched him, she says she felt like she knew him the whole time.
At the end of January 2007 Sarah prayed that God would provide a way for her to meet Jeremy. Fatefully, Sarah had a friend in Branson who was
dating Jeremy’s sister. Because she had never mentioned the bond she felt with Jeremy to anyone, it was a surprise when Sarah’s friend from
Branson called out of no where and asked if she would be interested in meeting Jeremy.
“I tried to play it cool,” Sarah says. It was arranged that they would both “just show up” at a conference in March.
Sarah later found out that Jeremy had seen a picture of her back in October and knew that she would be his wife.
They hit it off at the conference, and three months later, they were engaged. Three months following their engagement, they were married.
The couple exchanged vows in a beautiful quaint chapel with wooden pews and floors. The ceremony was performed by Jeremy’s grandfather,
Kenneth Copeland with 80 of their closest friends and family present. –Liz Goerges
