The 2007 Home of the Year competition brought many builders out of the woodwork who wanted to showcase their hard work and ingenuity. Our in-house jury sifted through this year’s 28 entries, and we did indeed see much hard work and ingenuity. There were many fine homes, and the process wasn’t easy. But at the end, the winners were shinning bright and truly accolade-worthy. We present to you an overall winner in addition to four category winners, who were selected according to their price points. From Tuscan to contemporary (with a twist), turn the page to see what it takes to be the best of the best. —The Editors
